The Role
Good work life balance - work hard play hard!
Lots of banter in the office and also lots of informal out of work drinks. Most Thursdays in fact :)
Not a lot by my manager, but a lot was given informally by colleagues.
We were a man down most of the year, there were a few 11pm's and weekends worked. Very busy so didn't have much time to do opportunities outside of the role.
Same responsibilities as any other full time employee.
You will learn life skills that will really boost your CV and interview skills. Really does set you up for your future career.
The Company
Good banter in the team and good interaction. However some of the teams around us were quiet so the office could be a bit dull.
Seamless.
They expected me to do the role and gave loads of other opportunities. I was unable to take advantage of these due to reasons already stated.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Hugely competitive and not a lot of emphasis on your year, mostly done via graduate assessment centre.
The Culture
Excellent, however the two locations across the UK did not interact.
Very expensive in London. Salary was not great but you do it for the skills. Luckily I lived at home so was able to save more than others who did have to budget a lot.
London - need I say more? Try Shoreditch or Clapham.
A lot, socially and business related.
