    • I ENJOYED A NEW EXPERIENCE WORKING A NEW ENVIRONMENT DIFFERENT TO ANYTHING I HAD DONE BEFORE

    • VERY VALUED ENTERPRISE IS MASSIVE FOR EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM BEING TREAT THE SAME AND GIVING EVERYONE RESPONSIBILITY AND VALUE EVEN NEW STARTERS.

    • LOTS OF SUPPORT, THE OPEN DOOR POLICY IS SO TRUE, TOP LEVEL MANAGERS ARE HAPPY TO PICK UP THE PHONE, AS ARE BRANCH AND ASSISTANTS IN ALL YOU NEED.

    • EXTREMELY BUSY, I HAD A LOT TO DO IN VERY LITTLE TIME, TRYING TO BALANCE MY WORK LOAD HAS BEEN DIFFICULT.

    • LOTS, PART OF MY TRAINING INVOLVED RUNNING THE BRANCH, THERE ARE LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP AND BECOME MANAGERS EVEN AS AN INTERN.

    • I CAN STAY ON WHILST AT UNI! AND HOPEFULLY COME BACK AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER ON MY RETURN.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN MY BRANCH WERENT ON PLACEMENT I KNOW A FEW OTHERS AT DIFFERENT BRANCHES WHO WERE HOWEVER WE WERE JUST TREAT THE SAME AS OTHER EMPLOYEES. VARIOUS ACTIVITIES HELD, BUT AT THE END OF A LONG DAY MOST PEOPLE WANT TO EAT AND SLEEP.
