About You
The programme was excellently organised, everyone was fantastic and the evening events were great fun!
Throughout the whole experience I felt completely valued due to the fact that the emphasis was always put on personal development and enrichment.
The EY representatives were fantastic! They were very encouraging and gave you great feedback on your performance etc. over the 3 days
I learnt so much about how best to approach situation that push me out of my comfort zone. In addition to learning so much about people management and the importance of emotional intelligence.
The Company
The Leadership Academy structure was absolutely fantastic. The organisation behind the event, both before, during and after was flawless.
The people both students and at EY were great. The atmosphere was most inclusive which evermore encouraged you to push yourself out of your comfort zone in turn further enhancing your development.
There was a real emphasis on my personal development and my improvement throughout the entire event and thus how my development would benefit the firm.
Although the event was only 3 days, the fact that EY representatives were there throughout the entire event enabled you to ask any questions you had about EY. In addition in the evenings, EY had organised networking events whereby we could talk and ask questions to more partners and indeed recent graduates about their experiences at EY.
Just by meeting the people that worked at EY you were really able to get a picture of what EY as a company stands for and their key principles.
Everything Else
EY reimbursed me for all of my expenses most efficiently.
Every evening we had a networking event. In addition our facilitators, who mentored us throughout the whole event, were EY representatives and thus we were always able to ask any questions we had about the firm.
Really well organised and great fun. EY put on networking dinners as well as great evening events to keep us entertained!
There was a real emphasis of community service. and outreach projects that EY employees could get involved in and indeed initiate
Yes. I had an absolutely fantastic time! I met great people which I stay in touch with. In addition I developed invaluable life skills whilst simultaneously learning so much more about myself.
