The Role
I have really enjoyed my internship at L’Oreal. Although there are long hours, you really feel valued by everyone and the ambitious and clever people you are surrounded by on a daily basis really motivates you to always strive for the best results.
I felt very valued as a member of my team and by the L’Oreal business. I was offered the same benefits as usual staff members, I was included in key meetings, and had a lot of responsibility within my team.
My manager was very understanding and offered me a lot of guidance throughout my time at L'Oreal
This varies throughout the year, but usually you have to cope with various different task at the same time.
There is huge responsibility given to you as an intern at L'Oreal
Market insights, ways of working, office etiquette and general ways of working are going to help me huge amount in the future.
The Company
People were friendly but very work orientated
Although i did not replace anybody when i arrived, and was not given a formal handover, i feel HR and my manager made me fel very welcome and at ease.
I regularly went to training sessions held by L'Oreal and i was able to visit outside training sessions with L'Oreal stake holders to further my learning of how the company as a whole works.
