The Role
Fantastic program, run with amazing efficiency and tailored to give a good balance of hard work, learning and networking.
Was told by colleagues that an extra body, with fresh insight was very useful. The work i was instructed to do was both useful for the recipients and interesting.
Excellent induction week, well rounded and well balanced between learning about the bank, the industry and core personal development skills
Completely dependent on the day. Some days had large amounts of work, other days would have to wait on emails/phonecalls.
The work set was sometimes relatively easy, however of high importance.
Not applicable - Have not had enough time to implement this training.
