The Role
Currently I am doing a two year graduate placement, so I am only 9+ months in. So far I am enjoying the experience.
Very welcoming company
We are the first graduates on the scheme, so there has been a learning curve for management as well, but overall I would say that management will support and guide where they can.
Work load has been reasonable, I can normally find tasks within my re-mitt to keep me busy.
The company will normally give you full responsibility for any tasks, projects or duties
A great lead on from my university studies
The Company
Good balance between getting the work done and general light atmosphere for every day things
Considering we are the first graduates, the company has been well organised
The company have help develop my general skills relating to most aspects of the company
There has been no commitment regarding a full time job. So depending on how well I perform and the job vacancy requirements, I wont know?
The Culture
All good
Same
N/A
Being a family man, I didnt get much time to get involved with further activities so far.
