The Role
The people were great to work with, very supportive and friendly. The work was challenging and rewarding.
Always gave great feedback and recognised achievement.
Management were always willing guide you. Always willing to explain further and take time out to help you develop.
It varied, some days I had a lot of work and other days the work load was calmer, ragardless it was always manageable and the tem were willing to help out.
As an associate I was given enought responsibility to help me develop but not too much that I felt it was unachievable.
Skills such as communication, presenting which would be of great assitance in any future endevours.
The Company
Very calm working environment, always made you feel relaxed.
I always had valuable work to do.
I had the exact same training as grads so I lot of investment, I was very impressed.

Many opportunities are available and there is so much choice.
The Culture
Very regular social events, great way to meet people of different managerial levels and to get to know colleagues outside of a working environment.
Central London so living was expensive.
Great nightlife, brilliant places visit and such diversity.
Lots of clubs to join..
