The Role
I really enjoyed my time. It is somewhere I can see myself working in the future.
I was given a lot more responsibility than I expected and felt very much a part of the team.
All of my supervisors took time to explain procedures and were always there to answer any questions I had.
I was never bored and always had something interesting to do.
I wouldnt say I was running the show, but I was given a large amount of responsibility and when given some direction for what was needed in the business plan, I was left to work unaided and have produced work that has been highly praised.
I learnt so much and I think will become aparant when starting back at Uni but I know it will certainly help me when applying for grad jobs.
The Company
This depends on who you work with and where, but in my experience there is a good balance between work and banter.
The work placement was very well set up with a good structure. It was good to know what you were doing every day.
It is nice to be involved in a firm where they encourage your development and training. It is something I really appreciate.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
I would definitely look to go back to work for them if the opportunity was available.
The Culture
All of the trainees and the graduates went out regularly and keep in touch often.
Too expensive to socialize in London. Rent is not cheap either.
Everything you need on a night out is here.
Most activities were set up amongst us interns.
