A hard but rewarding job, it was a great experience as you gain great amounts of confidence dealing with customers and working under pressure. The scheme teaches you all aspects of running a successfull daily rental branch, breaking down all the costs allowing you to grasp adjust to leakages within the business.
My colleauges were friendly and polite at all times, i was a contributer to the branches income so my imput was valued at all times.
I was strongly encouraged to complete my training file and help was given when i approached my colleauges.
I was extremely busy throughout my days at enterprise, it was tough to follow up on certain leads, customer service situations as throughout the day we were extremely busy.
I was left in charge of a lot of situations, dealing with customers and helping them where possible, there were plenty of situations which I had opportunities to take control of in order to provide exceptional service
During the placement I developed great amounts of confidence, and developed my sales presentation skills. I developed a lot of key skills which i will take forward
