The Role
Going to be exteremely sad to leave - have grown massively as a person during my time at VW as well as gaining invaluable Marketing experience.
Great team - very socialable but very professional at the same time.
Constantly speaking with my line manager due to a close relationship. Also have two formal meetings a week to discuss my projects/progress. Absolutely great for growth!
Working over contracted hours is common in my role, however when you enjoy the job as much as i do this isnt a burning issue.
Trusted to manage multiple projects during my last 6months. Brilliant management experience!
Couldnt have asked for a better opportunity - have gained more skills than i could have imagined.
The Company
Sometimes quiet in the office - sometimes loud (especially on Fridays). A healthy balance to get work done.
Some areas were slightly confusing but everything did eventually fall into place. HR are very helpful if you do come across issues.
Excellent array of training programmes, some perhaps a little too late in the year but still great to have done.

I have gained a place on the Graduate Assessment Centre for the next intake and have all fingers crossed to come back.
The Culture
One word....AMAZING!
Southern prices - to be expected!
Milton Keynes isnt perhaps the most lively for nightlife but when you have the right group of people, its always fun!
Staff always encouraged to interact outside of work - great for building relationshops.
