The Role
The intimidate team was so close, going for regular team meals and drinks. I did not feel like a placement student, I felt like a core member
Support has been unbelievable, every idea I have had has been supported and any issue that I have had have been resolved.
When it was quiet i was given other vital roles to do. And when it go busy the team appreciated I could only deal with a set amount of work load.
Given a lot of responsibilities, not treated like a typical placement student. I was trusted as if I was an experienced hire.
The Company
The company can be quiet corporate. There were elements of fun activities but not that often.
The scheme is excellent and the training and support you receive is second to none!
Any training I wished to complete I had full support from my manager. The team consistently pushed me and my limits to help develop my skill sets.
