The Role
Students are treated appallingly at this company. We are used as normal members of staff often doing managers jobs but for a student wage. Students are brought into avoid headcount issues and taken advantage of.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] I was provided with no feedback through out the year, no reviews or regular meetings.
No training is not provided to students [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] They should offer fewer placements and actually value them and provide them with a valuable experience. Many students spend days heavy lifting and filling pallets and lorries.
Reasonably busy at points, however a lot of spare time. My first three months I didn't actually have a job role.

The Culture
Due to the huge number of students at Bosch there were plenty of people to make friends with.
Cost is high however not as expensive as central London.
Poor, limited to liquid in the local area. Few good pubs however and central london accessible by tube.
