Integrated into a close team and directly contributing to the success of the team. Regular team meetings and social events
Everyone in IBM always willing to give support and guidance, no matter how senior they are. IBM places great importance on developing interns for the future
Always busy with challenging and interesting tasks or projects to get involved in.
Working in a close and small team with much responsibility. The work I was doing directly contributed to the team working towards a target.
Many skills developed which will be valuable in the future such as presenting, time management and organization

Always lots going on and everyone very friendly. Lots of social events to attend
There is a great scheme in place to give students an amazing experience and develop skills to improve employability. Everything was very well organised.
The company invested a huge amount of time and effort into my development. Everyone was willing to spend time with me to help develop my skills.
