The Role
Really really enjoyed my year at Enterprise. It's fast paced, exiting and challenges you.
Every branch is like a family. I've met some brilliant people and will continue to keep in touch with my colleagues when I leave.
Monthly reviews and targets, constant motivation to do well. My managers were great.
Every day is very busy. I worked at the airport and it was eithervery busy when flights landed or very quiet. This gave me a great oppurtunity to do some admin work for example, that my colleagues in an inner city branch may not have been able to do with their uber fast paced environment.
I was running days within 6 months of my placement and I loved this responsibility. It gave me motivation to keep pushing through my training folder.
Ive learnt so many invaluable skills at enterprise, that I know I'll be able to take into any job later in life.
The Company
Pizza lunches when we did well, sales competitions, and lots of laughs. It helped the staff are generally young so I have a lot in common with my peers.
From the training folder, to the training sessions up in Cardiff, Martin Flynn the Talen Acquisition Manager from my area did a great job in finding the right calibre of colleagues.
I really felt like from my direct manager upwards everyone truly felt like they cared about my development. I had meetings with the area manager to discuss personal progress, the big managers knew evreyone's name, which added that personal touch.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday

You knw from the beginning the great oppurtunities that are available to you. Your branch managers have been in the company sometimes for just a couple of years. Earning a great salary can be reached within a year if you put your mind to it.
The Culture
Women in Leadership meetings and events. I met lots of people from my University who I will socialise with next year, when I return to Uni.
