The Role
Every single step and day i took into the organisation i learned new skills.
By meeting new members of the team and the extended team I have gained a trustworthy relationship with folk and have been treated and trusted like a family member or someone who has been in the team for years.
My team and the management gave me continuous support and advice on everything.
Day to day task where a to do business but other ad hoc activities gave me a chance to be invloved in many activities which also needed me to manage my time. Was Busy but when time is managed busyness is nothing,
I was given alot of responsibility, changing from basic ownership of documents to creating customer deliverables.
I personally feel that i walked in to learn a couple of known skills i.e. presentation and communication i am about to walk out of my placement year with a list of skills that will not only effect my uni life but will also take affect in my future careers and my own life skills.
The Company
A busy open area with different people from different departments of the company. Smiling faces and greeting non stop.
Perfect, getting in touch with our student team and my work team was managed very well
I would say the company invested its trust in me.
