The Role
This company made me feel important, gave me real responsibilities. Good work/life balance
Made me feel welcome, invited me to outings and always included me in everything
Was great, always made me feel important, and gave me great guidance.
Was given enough work to do which was manageable, and not overloaded.
I was given the responsibilities of a full-time employee.
Time-management, communication, team-work were all skills I developed, which I can use in my job now, as a full time employee.
The Company
The atmosphere was very live and friendly, yet professional. I loved it!
Everything was organised, from regular meetings with the organisers, to formal appraisals during the placement.
They invested in a few days worth of training from a more senior member of staff. They also gave us skills training for 3 days, which was invaluable.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Having completed my internship, I have now continued my job with them as a full-time employee, and I thoroughly enjoy it!
The Culture
We often met together for social events, as well as regular lunches.
Cost of living and socialising was extremely expensive, but the pay helped with it all.
Having already been to University in the area, I knew all the great spots already, and have enjoyed it so far.
There were training events to get involved in outside work (which i did). Also, I participated in charity work during the placement.
