The Role
Looked forward to work each day. Lovely people and Amazing company.
Felt included and useful therefore a valued member of the team.
Any help I needed was given and my manager went out of his way to support me.
Each day brought different responsibilities and jobs, some involved waiting for people to get back with updates before work could continue but wait was never too long.
Had many different responsibilities form early on in the internship and enjoyed the trust to do it all myself asking for help when needed.
Good overview of the processes involved to design and manufacture a car and the rigid criteria that projects must fulfil before they can be successful. Experience of a managerial environment which will help me in my future working environment.
The Company
Worked hard but friendly environment and an enjoyable place to work.
I didn't have any issues throughout the placement.
Was allowed to explore the business to determine where I would potentially like to work in the future.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
The graduate scheme looks great and the whole company has a great atmosphere to work in.
The Culture
A lot of the summer interns lived in student accommodation recommended by Jaguar Land Rover which provided a great social atmosphere.
Reasonable accommodation and living costs.
Had a great night life locally and easy to travel for a bigger night out.
The interns organised many events outside of work time for everyone to get involved in.
