The Role
I loved every aspect of my internship, there was a great variation of tasks, responsibility and a great social life.
My colleagues were very supportive and keen to hear fresh ideas. No one ever treated me as an intern but as a full time employee.
My manager gave me continuous support in terms of weekly progress reviews and projects that were designed to develop my skills in various areas. All my progress was also recorded regularly.
How busy I was depended on whether we had a new launch/event - some days could be incredibly busy whereas others were much quieter.
I was given a huge amount of responsibility to take ownership of projects and drive them forward in whatever direction I wanted. I was also given budget to manage for these projects.
The Company
Everyone works hard but the atmosphere is very lively - always a lot of discussion and bouncing ideas around as well as the right amount of social chat.

The Culture
Fairly expensive but to be expected in London
The direct area around the office doesn't have a huge amount of night-lief, but it is great just a few tube stops away.
