The Role
Loved everything to do with my time here, from the simple takss to the studff that really challenged me it was all exciting
Not a stranger as i spent 10 weeks here but it would be hard to be 'family' in such a short period of time.over time you never know
hr were very good in some areas, but from the bidding system to the plannign of the last two weeks they were no tere enough
I wanted to be busy so it was fine
Not too much as it is illegal without FSA training to trade, the tasks were therefroe relevnt but not crcuail
Learnt most of the basic skills to do well in a work environemnt and i can apply the work ethic ehre to my final year of uni
The Company
Nice and chilled atmosphere with lots of banter. You cant ask for more
Therer wrer unfortunately some things doen poorly by hr, some of the events were badly organised and he bidding and contract process is not very efficient, we could have been told a good 9 days earlier if we ahd the job, in the meantime everyoen has finished their projects and are now jsut waiting in reality
They ahve spent a lot in terms of cash and time i couldnt ask for more
I havent been told yet but id liek nothing mroe than a job(stupid question by the way)
The Culture
Very nice group of people and they have a large part also in me loving being at rbs
Not cheap but easy to do n a generous wage(again stupidly worded question)
loads of clubs and bars, good times all round
Outside of chilling no not really
