The Role
Great experience. Have got so much out of it in terms of knowledge, experience and confidence.
Sometimes it can be hard to add value but if you do what you can then it is valued and you are encouraged to take on more responsibility where possbile.
This is largely left to your own initiative but guidance is always there when you ask for it.
I was busy pretty much all the time but rarely pushed too far.
Probably as much as I could have taken on legally. Unfortunately there are quite a lot of restrictions on what you are allowed to do.
Priceless experience. I will take a lot away from this in terms of skills and career development.
The Company
Fairly relaxed atmosphere. Good fun people. Can go out for drinks etc.
Very well organised by HR. But the desks could give more structure to interns to help them learn more.
A lot of time and money. Very impressive.
Hope to receive an offer.
The Culture
Can make what you want of it really. Have the entire of London to explore so plenty to do.
Very expensive in the city obviously.
Great bars around Liverpool Street.
Not really apart from with interns. Although I know some people played football with there desks in the evening.
