    • Good opportunities and social opportunities as well as challenging work

    • My own line manager was very very good-others maybe had a different experience with their own

    • Good balance, ocasionally a lack of work although as it is a summer placement not a huge amount around to do

    • Well organised, though maybe too much so-quite a few compulsory events
