The Role
It was a good experience and I was provided with many opportunities which have helped to develop me as a person
I feel very much part of the team, I am able to relate with them and as the placement continues, I feel this improves over time
I was given a fair level of support. You should not however be scared to ask, as they are more than happy to help, if you just ask!
It really depends on how much you want to take on. I love being busy and having things to do so when I had nothing to do, I would offer to help out with my team's functions thus getting a better insight into my team's functions
As I became more proficient, I was given more responsibility, which I saw as my team trusting me with more difficult tasks
These are skills you cannot learn from a textbook (for example, interpersonal skills, communication, how to work as a team). By being able to make mistakes, i have been able to assess what works and what does not. This will be useful for university
The Company
Once I built more of a rapport with my team, it was a lot of fun. It has meant that the time has flown by and I have really enjoyed the placement (along with the work)
As this is a yearly process, it was well organised. I was provided with a lot of support from Foundation (the community that looks after interns) and there was a great community within the interns.
I have gone on three educational events to hone in on my employability skills. There has also been opportunities and courses run over lunch, which engage you with the rest of the organisation.

Working from home
As the company is constantly evolving, it is hard to tell what the future prospects are. It is a very exciting period nevertheless to be in the company.
The Culture
Yes. The interns were great fun to be with and there was regular socials, for those who want it.
It is much cheaper than where I go to university. The taxis are extremely cheap! Obviously, the thing to consider is that the more time you spend in a place, the more acquainted you are with it and hence you are aware of the savings you can make within the different areas.
I am not that sort of person so I am not well suited to answer this question.
There were opportunities to provide support to the local community, in particular the schools with mock interview days.
