The Role
Loved the internship - gave me a real insight into what ITRA is all about.
Everybody was really friendly and always happy to answer any questions that I had.
Regular meetings with my managers allowed me to learn what my strengths were and areas I could look to improve upon.
Generally I was busy enough to keep me there until 5.30 on most days, however, as expected, some days would run over or some days would finish earlier.
Not being trained meant that a lot of learning I did was from experience. This meant by the end of the internship, I knew enough to run meetings with clients.
Picked up some excellent communication skills as well as general skills to use in employment.
The Company
Everyday was great fun as the teams I worked with were always warm and humorous.
Excellent transition into the workplace from university.
EY would supply anything that was required and asked by me.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Progression to Partner level is the ultimate aim.
The Culture
Weekly socials were held and many of my colleagues attended.
The costs were reasonable for the London area.
Central London was only 3 tube stops away!
We undertook a few days at a Woodland Reserve.
