The Role
Great job with great people! If you want responsibility and progression this is definitely a great company to work for.
Majority of the time you feel so valued especially by the people you work with directly.
The support from my assistant manager was fantastic. He waas so supportive and helpful.
You will never have a quiet moment at Enterprise! As long as your prepared to work hard its a great experience.
Yout get given more and more responsibility as you become more experienced. You even end up running the branch and acting like an assistant manager some of the time.
My confidence has grown a tremendous amount whilst being with the company and I feel that this is definitely a great place to apply skills and gain valuable work experience for the future.
The Company
Most of the time it is fun upbeat and busy!!
The set up and process is fantastic. The HR department are great and the training is superb
If you are happy to get involved and invest time you will have time invested in you.

The prospects of a future with the company if you enjoy and envision yourself here are endless!
The Culture
The social aspect of the company is amazing! Friends for life.
I worked at Gatwick so not the cheapest area but there are branches everywhere!
BRIGHTON just down the road!
The only thing I would say is if you are at the airport it is difficult to take part in extra curricular things like sport etc.
