The Role
Great experience. A great chance to network with employees all around the bank.
Was involved in all team meetings and my opinion was always considered. Went out a few times with team as well.
Support was always available and colleagues went out of their way to train.
slow start. but once everything was set up, days got busier.
Made a solid contribution. Had some interaction with clients as well. Also trained a new starter towards the end.
Use of Excel will be very handy. Also a better understanding of financial jargon
The Company
Few dress down days livened up atmosphere. Otherwise the relaxed atmosphere made working easier.
Orientation week and training gave a good insight of what to expect.
Regular networking/skill sessions were organized. Initial training during orientation week was useful.

If performance is up to the mark, internship can be convereted.
The Culture
Networking was good, but due to various working hrs, meetings were sporadic.
Relatively expensive, but good social scene.
London nightlife!
Got involved with the companies sports teams.
