The Role
It was an interesting and well rounded placement year.
I felt as though i had a real impact on the business.
Enough support and guidance was given but not too much.
Alway something to be done.
Dealing with high value enquiries. You take on and equally high level of responsibility.
The experience at Prysmian has given me real world examples to draw upon in exams and essays.
The Company
Relaxed when appropriate. Expected to be professional when necessary.
It was well organised, lots of support from the management regarding the coursework that UNI gave me to complete.
Trained in the necessary aspects of the job.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Above 25 days holiday
The only reason I would not work for Prysmian after my final year is, the location is not where i would like to be.
The Culture
I wasnt there for weekends.
Quite a cheap are to live in.
Twoclubs, both poor.
Loads of meals out and a few days out .
