The Role
Unique experience and environment.
Generally treated as part of the team and given the opportunity to add value.
Assigned a Buddy who would provide help and guidance throughout the rotation/project.
Project keept me busy from start of the project till end of the placement.
Project was completely my responsibility. Little responsibility otherwise unless you asked.
Skills and training very relevant to my degree course.
The Company
Veries a lot depending on the team and area you work in.
Well organised and structured, yet with a certain degree of flexibility to accomodate movement across the desks.
Company invested a lot in first class training and ongoing development, including skill & team building events, technical training and networking events.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
High converstion rate. They try to convert as many interns as possible to the grad scheme.
The Culture
Many networkign events. Up to you how much you want to mingle with others.
