The Role
fantastic instore support and working with great people
felt highly respected when in position of management
in store management has been fantastic unfortunatley placement directors lacked direction
extremely busy store always jobs to do
promoted to assistant store leader, ran the shop on many occassions
learnt a lot of life skills and personal development
The Company
generally fun happy atmosphere on the shop floor
placement lacked direction and was the only dissapointing part of the programme, often changed direction and a real lack of communication from programme leaders
started with a lot of training and attended many courses this stopped within the last three months
Company Parties/Events
guaranteed part time work while i finish university
The Culture
have spent time with other interns on the programme when we could meet up which got less and less towards the end
newcastle fairly cheap, lived here for three years so was aware of cost of living etc
great night life in newcastle best in the country
