The Role
Great job and great benefits.
Interns are a large part of the business and are treated the same as every other employee.
Managers are welcoming and support you no matter what your query is.
Routine tasks kept me reasonable busy but there is time to take on additional tasks.
I was involved in some very important projects and was given a lot of responsibility by my manager.
I learnt many key skills that will help with any job going forward.
The Company
Everyone loves working at Disney.
It has been running for a number of years so everyone knows the drill.
Training courses are available to help you do your job.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
There isn't a graduate scheme so it is a case of if a job comes up when you graduate, you are given preference.
The Culture
There are around 150 interns so there is always something going on.
London is very expensive.
A lot of different places to go at every tube stop.
I played in a football team, went to the staff cinema, volunteered.
