The Role
I really enjoyed my year at Enterpirse - It was a wake up call and made me work really hard to be the best I could be. It was hard work at times but definalty worth it.
The offices at Enterprise usually have 7 employees inat the most who have all be through exactly the same training and work you have so you feel valued and that they understand how you are feeling at times. You work long hours so you spend alo of time with your collegues and become good friends with them who I will keep in touch with outside of work.
Always supported and being pushed to develop with bonuses avaliable along the way. No one is more than a phone call away.
Some days at Enterprise can be non stop, particually the odd weekend you have to work, but this just pushes you further to step up to the mark and prefom the best you can. It is suprising how much you learn in a short space of time without realising!
After around 6 months of work I was in charge of running the business and all employees for the day. This really makes you feel valued and trusted and is a great experience. You are also trusted to go out to corporate busiesses and pitch your business to them.
I think th skills I have learnt from Enterprise especailly the hard work ethic will help me alot in completing my degree next year (no more lazy student!). Also being involved with all aspects of the business from marketing to accounting will really help when looking for a job in the future ad provides great working expamples. I look forward to continuing my career with the skills I have learnt.
The Company
Everybody gets on really well in the office and there is always a good atmosphere with people laughing and joking.
The internship ran smoothly from the first day, Enterprise were extremely organised and always avalible for any questions or help we needed.
As an intern we had training folders to complete. The folders were your own responsibilty but everyone in the office was there to help you whenever they could and wanted your to complete it so you were legiblefor promotion. They want you to do as well as possible and come back to Enterprise after graduation. If you dcide to come back after finishing university you can go straight in at the level you finished so you dont have to start from the bottom again.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The promotion opportunitys with the company are incredible but its hard work and the hours are long.
The Culture
After spending days training together and often in the branch together I can say I have made great freinds who I will definatly be staying in touch with after finishing university.
I am at university and working in Bristol so some places are cheap and some are not it depends where you go!
Great.
Not particually many activities organised by Enterprise but the collegues organised things themselves.
