The Role
The tasks and project I was assigned were both extremely interesting and great learning opportunities
Everyone has been very nice and supportive and I worked with great people
I got all the help and support I needed whenever I needed it and plenty of feedback on my work
Except for a couple of moments in-between projects, I was usually busy. I usually didn't have pressing deadlines but plenty of work to do
I was given a lot of freedom to experiment and come up with the best options to do a job, which I would then generally discuss with a superior, but I also got chances to decide on my own
I've learned invaluable lessons, and the tasks I was given covered everything I've studied in my degree and more. I've been given the possibility many times to chose the project I was most interested in, in order to learn as much as possible in different areas
The Company
At the same time very professional and relaxed.
Everything was very well set up. I initially worked with the help of a colleague that helped me during the first project, I then had the opportunity to work on my own and in larger teams
I was given the freedom to chose what projects I wanted to work on, even if they required me to spend time learning brand new concepts

The Culture
We all got a chance to meet at an organized networking day
The area is considerably cheaper than London
The area is very quiet, but there are still pubs and locals around
There are semi-regular cakes bake-offs and some organized events
