The Role
Overall it was a great experience even if it's not something I would return to later
My colleagues were always very welcoming and treated me like just another employee rather than acting differently because I was an intern
Very good, by and large
Sometimes rather too busy and occasionally not doing much but I suspect that's just the nature of working life
A good amount
We'll have to wait and see but overall I think they will turn out to be useful, mostly around organisational skills and time management
The Company
Never had a problem with it
Very good overall, there were a couple of technical problems to which the solution was not readily available - e.g. problems with computer systems etc
There were lots of different options available
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I wouldn't go back - not because I didn't enjoy my time but I've realised that the field of work I was in isn't one I would want to go into in the future.
The Culture
Very good, it helped that there were quite a few of us so lots of people to meet
Pretty poor really due to the close proximity to London.
It was ok I suppose, nothing special
Work wise, not really but there were sports clubs outside of work where I lived.
