The Role
I was never in the head office, instead I was sent out to various client sites for different lengths of time so I got to meet lots of different people and work on a variety of projects.
Very much so, I was never the coffee boy. I was always encouraged to ask questions and everyone helped me complete any tasks that I had.
A lot of support is given, your assigned buddy is always there to help and advise if you ever need it. Any of the colleagues I worked with was more than willing to offer a hand no matter what it was.
Quite busy on average, I always had something to do so was never sat there twiddling my thumbs.
A lot, all of my work contributed to the overall project which was quite surprising!
The most important skills I learnt were time management and also being able to adapt quickly when meeting different people and working with them.
The Company
Everyone I worked with had something to say, there were no awkward silences and the atmosphere was always open to conversation.
Very organised, I knew where to go and when every single day and what to expect from it.
Not much, I was simply sent out to the client site and just learned on the job from colleagues teaching me.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Start in 2013! Am very happy.
The Culture
Yes, all the interns met up on a weekly basis and a few big night outs were arranged, especially when we had all finished.
Central London, self-explanatory.
A complete array of places to go to tickle everyone fancy.
There were things on offer but with working all week solidly not many people chose to do so as we weren't there for too long.
