The Role
I gained a fantastic insight into life as a trainee at a successful UK law firm.
I was invited to team meetings and frequently ate lunch with my colleagues. The team was welcoming and encouraging.
The trainee resources team were supportive and arranged an informal mid-seat meeting to find out how we were getting on in our departments.
There was a good balance between departmental work and the group project.
One of the highlights was the approval and posting of documents I had prepared for a client. It was rewarding to be given such responsibility.
The scheme encouraged me to be organised in order to work to deadlines and I was often required to prioritise tasks. These skills will be invaluable in the final year of my degree and throughout my future career.
The Company
The people I met were enthusiastic and the London office seems like a brilliant place to work.
The award-winning scheme was well co-ordinated and a fantastic way to spend three weeks.
The Nabarro networking event was an invaluable opportunity to represent the firm and meet trainees from other leading organisations.

The Culture
