The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my four week placement, it gave me a great oppoutunity to discover the commericla property market and meet some great people
I immediately felt comfortable and at ease in my team as everyone was extremely friendly and helpful
Over the whole four weeks I was offered help and support whenever I needed it and I knew it was jsut a click away via email If i needed it
Over the intership i would say I was busy the majority of the time. There were a few occassionas where I didnt have much to do but it was quickly filled up
I knew when starting that there was only a certain level of responsibility I was able to be given. However, I feel I was given the maximum amount throughout my internship
I feel I have learnt Valuable skills over the past four weeks which I will certainly carry with me for the rest of my career
The Company
The general atmosphere was friendly and fun but hard working and dedicated
The whole internship was such a great experience and so well organised. Throught the four weeks we were given the oppourtunity to listen to departmental overviews, meet the graduates at a rounders in te park evening, have a lunch with the fee earns and take part in two tours around the city of london
I feel my team invested alot of time in explaining things I wasnt sure about and helped me to develop certain skills over the four weeks
I would like to say I have made a good impression over the past four weeks and I would certainly like to apply again next year with the further hope of gaining an interview for the graduate programm after I leave university
The Culture
I would rate this question highly as I felt I have made some great friends over the past four weeks and there was plenty of oppourtunity to get together and socialise
The cost of living in London is high but it was worth it in order to have a good time and enjoy the four weeks
Excellent and plenty of choice
Over the four week period there was a rounders afternoon/evening with drinks arrange. This took place in Hyde park and was run by the graduates. It was a great oppourtunity for everyone to let their hair down and integrate with the graduates
