    • We were provided with a trainee buddy, and a supervisor.

    • Good timetable of events. The first day seemed a little unproductive, as it was only a short induction.

    • Senior staff took the time to explain processes to me. We were encouraged to set some objectives and I was able to fulfil them all.

    • It very much felt like I was already doing the work of a trainee.
