The Role
the Job is challenging and the company is the largest recruiter in the country with many benefits that will put you in a good position for the future
everyone was welcoming and more than willing to help, my manager guided me along the way and helped me to imporve in my position
you are given a lot of training which covers all areas of the business and extra training can be provided if you are unsure about the job
apart from the school holidays I had work to do every day as I ran my own desk
I had to cover the whole of North London and had to bring in fees for the company
Iv learnt Key skill with interviewing which can help me in the future, I also realised how much progression there is within the company and this placement in such a recognised company will give me a good start in my career
The Company
Really lively everyone was always on the phones or talking to one another, as everyones roles where similar you work closely with a lot of colleages from your office and others
I was told about all my dates and given my contract with time before i started
All the trianing I received was personal and helped me to develop my business skils
