The Role
The placement was thoroughly enjoyable when I was given enough to do.
Everyone made me feel welcome. It was nice to be given a job which everyone was thankful that I was doing and making there job easier.
Everyone was very helpful if i had a problem. However, it feel sometimes like i was getting in the way of ther very busy workloads.
The major down side to my internship was lack of work. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
I believe my roles held a degree of respondsibilty. I had to publish property's to the market and therefore had to be very accurate and professional.
I have gained valuable confidence when using the telephone and have just learnt the key skills when working in the property business.
The Company
The office was laid back and everyone got on very well and had a laugh. There was opportunity to attend nights out and play Softball matches.
Due to the lack of work, I am unsure how well organised the placement was. Or perhaps the days were too long for the amount of work we were given.
The team were rather busy, and although providing help when I asked, they didn't really do too much in the way of personal training.

I really enjoyed my time with the company, and could see myself working for Savills. However, I would require more work to fill the working day.
The Culture
Everybody got on really well and there was regular opportunities to go out in the evening. There was also opportunity to go for lunch/drinks with each other. We also got the opportunity to play in Softball matches.
Fortunantly, I live in commuting distance. However, I found the car parking in a local multi-storey car park was expensive.
The nightlife in Bristol is good and there is various. However, I was unable to attend a night out with the firm.
We were always invited to attend different functions and social events. I played in a Softball match even though I had never played before.
