The Role
There was a good variety of work and I learned a lot. My colleagues were very friendly which made the placement enjoyable. There were opportunities for social activities after work which was very beneficial.
Everyone made me feel welcome and gave me feedback on my work.
Everyone answered my questions and I had an appraisal which was very useful.
I had a good level of work throughout and was never lacking for something to do.
Other members relied on the information I gae them to be correct.
I will use the skills I learned for my job in October.

Good working environment with occasional breaks.
Got a lot of information from the central HR team and they organised it really well.
I was encouraged to attend a range of meetings, seminars and social events to assist in my personal development.

I had a job with them before I did the placement.
The Culture
I went to many evening events with my colleagues after work. I also attended a team activity day which was a lot of fun.
Oxford is expensive to live in.
Range of pubs and bars.
There was a softball competition during one evening. There was a young planners seminar on the green belt which was very informative. There was also a networking event with some other young professionals.
