  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight was really good. Understood alot about the division I was in. Worked in great teams. Got to work on many different clients and get a different exposure

    • The team was really friendly both off and on client site. The firm organised a number of socials for all the interns.

    • The team was really helpful. The initial induction was really helpful aswell.

    • Got to understand many of the accounting aspects. Strengthened my communication and team work skills as I was constantly working with different teams in new environments.

    • The insight was well structured. The only problem was that it was very short to get a feel of the type of work.

    • The atmosphere was good and friendly both with the staff, team and other interns.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The company invested sufficiently in me. However, a longer time could have been spent on the induction as using softwares was a little tricky when on work

    • The insight briefly gave an overview as to how it would be to work longer, however a longer insight would have been more beneficial.

    • The insight was very helpful in understanding the company culture and its values. The people were friendly and by working at Deloitte you get to work with many different clients thereby constantly providing new and challenging environments.

    • I was paid for the insight and reimbursed for all the travelling

    • Few opportunities to meet other employees but many opportunities to interact with other interns.

    • Quite a few social events to interact with other interns.

    • Found out briefly about sport teams that you could be involved in while working at the firm.

    • Definitely would recommend this insight. Even though it is short, it is an invaluable experience.
