The Role
The work was very interesting and different allowing me to feel like I was really contributing.
I was readily accepted by everyone and joined in with meetings and socials very quickly.
I had weekly meetings one to one with my supervisor as well as many sit downs on specific tasks. I could also ask questions whenever I needed.
I was working in the department at a very busy time so I had a lot to do.
I have a lot of group work in the next year from which I will really benefit all the team work and leadership skills I have learnt
The Company
stressed
The placement team organise everything before arrival where we are handed over to our managers. The managers have a lot of experience with interns and everything is well planned.
