The Role
Was fantastic to work for this company.
They were all very friendly from my first day and always understanding and helpful.
They were very helpful in giving me the time I needed to progress as an event manager.
It fluctuated between events, but overall a really good balance.
Lots of responsibility, from organising large groups of staff, large logistical paces and big budgets.
So many skills I improved on and lots of new ones learnt which I will carry out throughout my final year of University and after.
The Company
Very happy office, lovely work space.
Very well organised.
They put me on courses if there were any coming up, regularly checked if I was happy and if there were other areas I wanted to work within or do.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
I loved working with them, however I feel they have given me the development I need to explore other areas within events. But if they offered me a job - I would very much consider going back, as I loved it!
The Culture
The other placement student within their sports team turned into being a really good friend, amongst other colleagues.
London is expensive but it varied where we went out.
It Varied, there were places for all sorts of people, but expensive.
Quite a few - the more I got myself out there, the more opportunities that came up!
