The Role
Most of the time it was very interesting and enjoyable, there were odd days where it was dull as would be the same in most jobs.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful
You are set objectives and the beginning of each placement and discuss the results though out.
As you progress through the year and become more useful to the team it can get very busy. But can be a bit dull at the beginning
Enough that the tasks where interesting. This really depends on you as a person
Learnt a lot of useful skills, definitely worth while.
The Company
Everyone was friendly and willing too help. Everyone is always bringing in food.
As there is a lot of interns it is very will managed. But expect a delay in IT access.
Most people went on courses but i didnt get to attend any.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
Most people will be offered jobs, provided your up to scratch.
The Culture
Yes loads of stuff if you want to get involved.
Derby is a really cheap location.
Alright not terrible, a few good pubs.
If you wanted to.
