The Role
Great placement - really helpful in gaining people skills
Very valued - people didn't want me to leave!
Great support whenever needed
Fairly busy most days. Some days were quiet though
Loads of responsibility - given my 'own' consumable budget to create and monitor
No technical skills learnt. I.e. No accounting related work. But loads of people skills, confidence and presenting skills
The Company
Lively and very welcoming. Everyone talks yo you and makes you feel part of the team
A lot was pre-organised with some as hoc tasks
Some courses were done - presentation and communication skills
