The Role
People can find it tough and demanding, but after the learning curve it becomes a lot more enjoyable.
The teams grow very close and the people are great, teamwork is key and the challenges mean that you bond well.
Work can be very autonomous, this is a positive or negative thing depending on what you are looking for.
I was very busy on a daily business, but i found this to be a huge positive and the work is very interesting and diverse.
The more you prove yourself, the more responsibility you are given. You can easily expect to do the job same as a full time employee should you have the ability.
Better than I expected, if you apply yourself you can expect to be prepared fully for a full time role.
The Company
The atmosphere changes day to day as it is a very dynamic environment, but my team had a great relationship and a good laugh.
The first week is a bit messy due to the sheer volume of new arrivals, but after that it is all rather slick.
Lots of opportunities, but its totally up to you to make the most of them.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday

The graduate scheme is highly competitive even among interns who have a much better chance of being successful than external candidates. Among other schemes its certainly up there.
The Culture
Monthly bar, local pub, strategy and team days out. All depends on how social you want to be!
Socialising in London isn't exactly cheap but the placement is amongst the better paid ones.
Quick tube into central London, best night-life in the country!
The intern groups organised a few activities, and there are clubs etc.
