The Role
I have enjoyed my internship and it will be hard for a second internship to measure up to this one.
I interacted more with the people in my office, but it was a good working environment, with funny colleagues.
My manager spent time with me whenever I needed her to.
I was not bored, I had interesting tasks across various departments and I can say that I learned a lot by doing them.
My manager trusted me to have meetings with people that I did not know and then feedback to her, which was challenging, but it helped me develop.
I gained a lot of technical skills( I could go on another project and develop a risk management plan) and interpersonal skills(it was challenging to work with some people).
The Company
It was a good working atmosphere.
I think that personal development is emphasized across the firm and tasks are accordingly.
Whenever I wanted to do a course, my manager allowed me to.

Working from home
I want to come back on a second summer internship.
The Culture
All the interns stayed together in the Halls of Derby University, which made it never boring. I met great people that I will keep in touch with.
Derby is a cheaper city than London, but we did go out quite a lot.
Everybody knows that Friday night is tradition.
