The Role
It was better than I expected. The people were wonderful and the work was tailored to your abilities and requests.
It became clear I was a valued member of the team.
Whenever I needed any guidance I only ever had to ask and he would make the time to answer my questions.
On the average day I was able to get on with a steady amount of work but there were times when I could be rushed off my feet or sat waiting for work. But that is part of the nature of the job.
I was allowed to take on and run small projects that were an integral part of the program.
The skills I developed would prove to be very valuable later in my degree.
The Company
The office was what you would expect but the people were very friendly and talkative.
The outlining structure was laid out but then it was up to the project to fill my time and structure what I did.
I was given multiple courses in company training programs and skills programs.

The Culture
Everyone is very sociable and there is a whole group of grads, IP's, summer placements and ex-grads who meet up on a regular basis.
Rent as part of a 4 person house including bills and internet was £325 a month.
Not far from the high street with a few venues, all the grads would go out multiple times a week.
Multiple clubs and activities in the area, many of which are run by the grad community.
