The Role
Had a fantastic year working with fantastic people! Learnt a lot which has already proved useful in my final year at uni and will of no doubt be useful throughout the rest of my degree.
Felt very valued and told very often how much my efforts were appreciated! Spent a lot of time working closely with my managers and colleagues and developed very strong relationships with them.
I felt I was given the right amount of support that allowed me to understand the work I was expected to deliver but also enough flexibility to approach the work in my own way and come to my own conclusions with the end results providing a great sense of achievement.
I was very busy throughout my placement, working in small teams meant you had to take on a lot of responsibility but it made the days go faster.
Left to handle my own projects - more than one on-going at a time!
Several of the issues and topic addressed in placement have been very useful in the modules I am currently studying! Improvements to time keeping/management have been a blessing !
The Company
Busy! Lots of people around doing very diverse stuff.
Very well planned. Completed three different projects during the year.
Provided lots of e-learning opportunities for every aspect of the work we were doing. Also completed a weeks worth of training when first joined Accenture.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Conditional offer upon graduation.
The Culture
Had monthly drinks with the wider team and regular drinks every friday to celebrate the weekend!
LONDON prices but an Accenture salary makes living and playing possible.
Agenda opposite the office .... need I say more!!
Lots of societies to get involved with, opportunities to volunteer and get involved in sponsored events.
