About You
The firm was really friendly, and I loved meeting the people here.
I felt really valued, because everybody appreciated my work and even the partners remembered my name!
Most tasks were straightforward. Some others were less well-explained and it took me a while plus a few follow-on questions to grasp it.
The resources I was told about will really help in my degree e.g. PLC.
The Company
The talks were well organised as was the assignment of us to our preferred departments.
It was good. Everybody was welcoming and friendly.
The company invested a lot of time and resources towards all the interns.
It helped a lot, because I was assigned full-time trainee tasks and was able to work with people as if I would be working with them on a daily basis.
It helped a lot - it is the only way, in my opinion, to understand a company's culture.
Everything Else
It was valuable because I now know that this job is for me, for sure.
Yes, there were two social events where I was able to meet the trainees, but not associates or partners.
They were good but I did not like one of the locations.
Yes, but I don't think many employees take part in them, as far as I could find out.
Yes, it is great firm, with a great atmosphere. Doing the scheme is the only way to experience whether a firm is the right place for you for a full time job.
