    5/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Not really relevant to improving my skills in relation to my degree, but it definitely gave me an insight into what career path I would like to pursue.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Ultimately this is dependent on the leader you are shadowing. Luckily I had some opportunities to attend AGMs, talk to other people, attend meetings, etc...

    4/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Everyone was really nice and friendly.

    5/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • In terms of the job that one does, you really get a genuine insight.

    5/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Since it was shadowing, it was a good insight. However, one must bear in mind that a leader's day job is vastly different from that of a graduate's, for example.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • I was pretty much in the office the whole week so I got to witness the general atmosphere, how they dealt with teamwork and the company ethics.

    5/5

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?
  • I was fortunate to attend a week that had social events (ball) but it is entirely dependent on the week.

    4/5

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • I didn't really ask.
